At present,the promotion of Sindhi language, culture and heritage has become far more important & critical for many reasons to name a few:

   1)      Sindhis in India have no state and they are widely scattered all over the World
   2)      Formal education in Sindhi and Sindhi schools both are on the verge of becoming extinct.  

It is accepted and acknowledged by one and all that we have to make efforts to keep vocal culture alive.

Sindhi Sangat is trying to use all powerful television and video to promote Sindhi Vocal Culture. We have started our weekly Sindhi TV Program 'Sindhi Surhaan' on Doordarshan TV.

We are also making efforts for full fledged DD Sindhi channel in India (on the lines of DD Urdu or DD Gujarati), with the fullest involvement, co operation of numerous Sindhi Associations and organizations. We have approached Shri. Ram Jethmalani to lead and show us the way.

We have produced substantial material for Sindhi TV programs like high quality short sindhi films, music videos and “my other song”, dance and music videos.

We have produced till date over 20 Sindhi short films. We have now released on DVDs our 10 numbers. Most of them are with English subtitles.

We are not running  a business venture but we are driving a campaign. A campaign to promote 'Vocal Sindhi Culture' through edutainment/sindhitainment

All money received will be fully utilized to make more Sindhi Telefilms

 We propose to take Sindhi language and culture into Sindhi homes with telefilms and other entertaining programs

 through numerous modern electronic media – such as

1)Telecasting Sindhi TV programs on TV channels.
2) Through  DVDs.
3) Uploading on our new dedicated website in the near future for downloading anywhere in the world

4) Making the TV software available to the new proposed DD-Sindhi TV channel from Govt. of India,which we are campaigning for, very aggressively.
